Breeders

Breeders living in the Netherlands and being a member of TOPnl, must breed according the conditions and regulations, formulated in our breeding regulations. (Verenigingsfokreglement (VFR) in Dutch)

Breeders living abroad, breed in accordance with the conditions and rules in their country. Noted that not every country has such conditions and rules. TOPnl cannot verify this. The pups born abroad are registered in the (FCI) studbook of the country where the breeder lives.
